At brainsre we try to provide the user with all the data needed to analyse any Real Estate product in a single place, and to do so we work with the most important data providers, both public and private.

Among the public sources for Spain, we highlight socio-economic data providers such as the INE (National Statistics Institute) or the SEPE (State Public Employment Service), the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (former Ministry of Public Works) for urban development data or transaction data, as well as the Cadastre, among others.

In addition, we also have important private providers for key and differential data for our users, such as: transactions, new building licences or non-payment rates.
